Series Charging vs. Parallel Charging

Your hobby charger will see the four 1S batteries as individual cells of a 4S battery. This allows the charger to monitor and balance each battery individually, ensuring every pack ends up at the perfect voltage without the risks associated with parallel charging.

Important Usage Note

Series Requirement: Because this is a series circuit, all 4 ports must be occupied for the circuit to complete and charging to begin.

Settings: Set your charger to 4S (14.8V) and keep the current low (Recommended 0.2A – 0.6A depending on your battery size, Max 1.5A).
