The Large MOSFET Advantage
Unlike many ESCs that use smaller 3x3mm MOSFETs, the iPeaka series is built with larger, standard-sized 5x6mm MOSFETs. These components offer lower internal resistance and a much larger surface area for heat dissipation. This results in a more efficient, more reliable ESC that runs cooler and can better handle the high-current demands of modern FPV motors.
Simplified Wiring with Dual BECs
This 4-in-1 ESC goes a step further by integrating both a 5V/1.5A and a 12V/2A BEC directly onto the board. This allows you to power your flight controller, receiver, FPV camera, and video transmitter directly from the ESC, eliminating the need for a separate PDB or a BEC on your flight controller. It’s the perfect solution for a clean, minimalist build.
