Hybrid Design for a Custom Flight Feel
The “Hybrid” nature of the Wind 5 frame gives you options. The kit includes arm sets that allow you to build it in either a “Stretched-X” configuration, which provides excellent stability for racing and high-speed flight, or a “True X” configuration, known for its balanced, symmetrical handling ideal for freestyle. This allows you to tune the fundamental flight characteristics of your FPV drone.
Engineered for Extreme Durability
This frame is built to be a tank. The arms are a full 6mm thick, providing exceptional rigidity and crash resistance. The main body utilizes a layered 2mm and 3mm base plate system for added strength where it matters most. With durable drone parts like these, you can fly harder and with more confidence, knowing your frame can handle the abuse.
Builder-Friendly & Feature-Packed
The Wind 5 is designed with the builder in mind. It includes a flight controller damping system to help reduce vibrations for a cleaner tune. The frame supports both 20x20mm and 30x30mm electronics stacks and has thoughtful features like a dedicated capacitor mounting slot and included TPU antenna mounts for a clean and professional build.
