Matek F405-WTE Flight Controller
Meet the Matek F405-WTE, the ultimate all-in-one flight controller designed for advanced FPV fixed-wing aircraft, planes, and VTOLs. This compact board crams an incredible number of professional-grade features onto a tiny footprint, including a built-in ExpressLRS receiver and WiFi telemetry. It’s the perfect, highly integrated brain for your most sophisticated ArduPilot or INAV builds.
Unprecedented Wireless Integration
The F405-WTE is engineered for a clean, modern build with minimal wiring. It features:
- Built-in ExpressLRS Receiver: A genuine ELRS 2.4G receiver is integrated directly on the board, providing a reliable, high-performance long-range control link right out of the box.
- WiFi Telemetry: An onboard ESP chip provides MAVLink telemetry over WiFi, allowing you to monitor your aircraft’s status on a ground station without a separate telemetry radio modem.
The Ultimate Board for VTOLs & Complex Wings
With its massive array of inputs and outputs, this flight controller can handle the most complex builds. It offers 12 PWM outputs for controlling multiple motors and servos on a VTOL or a feature-rich FPV wing with flaps and a gimbal. Six available hardware UARTs ensure you have plenty of ports for all your peripherals, including GPS and digital FPV systems.
Robust, Multi-Layered Power System
This board features a powerful and well-thought-out power distribution system. It includes a dedicated, adjustable 8A BEC for servos (5V, 6V, or 7.2V), providing rock-solid power for your control surfaces. A separate, switchable 9V/12V BEC is included to cleanly power your FPV camera and VTX, while a 5V BEC handles the flight controller and other core electronics.
