The CrazyF405 HD is designed to pair seamlessly with digital video systems like HDZero, Walksnail Avatar, or DJI. By removing the bulky analog OSD chip (AT7456E), Happymodel has freed up space and reduced weight to just 4.8g, while ensuring you have 3 complete sets of UARTs available to connect your HD VTX and other peripherals.

Powerful F405 Processing

At its core lies the powerful STM32F405RGT6 MCU running at 168MHz. This provides significantly more computing power than standard F411 boards, allowing you to run faster loop times, advanced filtering, and even INAV firmware for autonomous capabilities. It features a built-in BMI270 Gyro (SPI) for locked-in flight performance.

Feature-Packed & Versatile

Despite its tiny 25.5×25.5mm footprint, this board is loaded with features:

• 12A 4-in-1 ESC: Supports 1-2S LiPo/LiHV with a 15A burst, pre-flashed with Bluejay firmware (Z-H-30) for bi-directional DSHOT support.

• Serial ELRS Receiver: Features an onboard UART-based ExpressLRS 2.4G receiver (not SPI!). This means easier firmware updates via Wi-Fi/Betaflight pass-through and better range/stability.

• Data & Sensors: Includes an 8MB Blackbox for tuning logs and a BMP280 Barometer for precise altitude hold.
