The Hall Effect Advantage
Unlike a standard current-sensing PDB that passes all power through a resistor, this sensor uses the Hall effect to measure the magnetic field generated by the current flow. Important Installation Information
For accurate readings, it is crucial to mount the Hall sensor away from strong magnetic fields. Ensure it is installed away from iron materials, magnets (like those in motors), and high-current power wires not passing through the sensor.
