Crucial: Understanding SMA vs. RP-SMA
To ensure you are buying the correct adapter, please check your connectors carefully. This adapter has an SMA Male end and converts it to an RP-SMA Female end.
- SMA Male: Has threads on the inside and a center pin.
- SMA Female: Has threads on the outside and a center hole.
- RP-SMA Male: Has threads on the inside and a center hole (Reverse Polarity).
- RP-SMA Female: Has threads on the outside and a center pin (Reverse Polarity).
Important Compatibility Warning
This adapter will NOT allow you to connect a standard SMA antenna to the DJI Digital FPV Goggles. The DJI Goggles themselves require an RP-SMA antenna. This adapter is for the reverse situation: connecting an RP-SMA antenna to an SMA device.
