The Future is Dual-Band: Gemini Xrossband
The Nomad’s groundbreaking feature is its ExpressLRS Gemini Xrossband (GEM-X) capability. This technology sends packets on both the 2.4GHz and 900MHz bands at the same time. The receiver can use a successful packet from either band, providing an unmatched level of interference rejection and link robustness. It’s the most reliable control link ever created for flying in demanding environments or at extreme long range.

This module boasts two powerful 1-Watt amplifiers, one for each band, delivering an incredible amount of power for a rock-solid signal link. Universal Radio & Receiver Compatibility
The Nomad is designed to work with almost any setup. It comes with both a standard Micro (JR-style) and a Nano adapter, ensuring it fits most popular radios on the market today. It’s fully backward compatible with all existing 2.4GHz and 900MHz ExpressLRS receivers. To unlock the full potential of Gemini mode, it can be paired with a new generation of Gemini-X receivers like the RadioMaster DBR4.
Important: Powering the Nomad
To achieve high-power output (above 250mW), the Nomad module must be powered via the external XT30 input with a 2S-4S LiPo battery. This ensures the module gets the clean, stable power it needs without straining your radio’s internal circuitry.
