Ultralight 5-Inch Performance

The Micro Apex 5″ frame is all about achieving the lowest possible weight for a 5-inch quad. These 4mm thick arms are a key part of that ethos, providing the necessary durability for a skilled pilot while maximizing agility and flight time. They are designed for smaller, lightweight motors (supporting both 9×9 and 12×12 M2 mounting patterns) to create a responsive and floaty freestyle experience unlike any other. When used as part of the full frame, the total weight is an astonishingly low 67g.

Even in this ultralight form, these arms utilize the innovative Apex “Key” system. The arms lock into a central carbon fiber key, creating a surprisingly stiff and robust core that eliminates slop and provides the clean flight performance ImpulseRC is known for.
