The Legend, Upgraded
Based on the classic TS100, the TS101 has been optimized for an even better user experience. The sharp, tough controller body houses a larger 128×32 pixel OLED screen to display more heating data at a glance. Intelligent features like the “Boost” heating function allow you to quickly heat up for larger solder joints, making it more versatile than ever.
Ultimate Power Flexibility: DC or USB-C PD
The TS101 offers a powerful and convenient dual power input system:
- DC5525 Port: The traditional barrel jack now supports a wider input range of 9V to 24V, delivering up to 65W of power from a LiPo battery or benchtop power supply.
- USB-C Port: A modern USB-C interface replaces the old Micro USB, allowing the iron to be powered by a standard PD power source up to 45W. Now you can use the same power bank or wall adapter that charges your laptop or phone!
Smarter & Easier to Use
A major improvement is the new tip retention system. The TS101 uses a simple ball screw to secure the tip, eliminating the need for a hex key for tool-free tip changes. The kit also includes a clever anti-slip “cat head” cap, which acts as a simple stand to prevent the iron from rolling and provides a safe grip for removing a hot tip.

This soldering iron kit includes one high-quality soldering tip. Please select your preferred tip style from the options available (e.g., TS-B2, TS-BC2, or TS-I). The TS101 is fully backward compatible, so all of your existing TS100 tips will work perfectly.
